ek11 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between ek11 ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the ek11 platform available at ek11.vip. By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise specified.

1. Eligibility

To use the ek11 Platform and create a player account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ek11 operates a strict minimum age policy and conducts age verification as part of the KYC process. Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned after deducting any bonus amounts.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity. Corporate accounts are not permitted on ek11.
• You must be the authorised holder of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals on your ek11 account. Third-party payment is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or close family member of any of the above of ek11 or any affiliated entity. Employees and close associates are not eligible to maintain a player account or participate in promotions.
• You must not be resident in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction prior to registering and playing.

2. Account Registration

To access the full features of the ek11 Platform, you must register a player account. The following rules govern account registration and maintenance:

• Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on ek11. The existence of multiple accounts by the same individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances associated with the duplicate accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. ek11 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• You must complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification process before making your first withdrawal. ek11 reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage of account use, including at the point of registration. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is completed.
• You must promptly notify ek11 if any of your registered account information changes, including your contact details or payment method information. Outdated or inaccurate account information may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

ek11 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any individual at our sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ek11 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:

• Deposits are processed using the payment methods available on the Platform at the time of transaction, which include but are not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. ek11 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC identity verification. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed on a same-day basis to the payment method registered on your ek11 account. ek11 does not charge withdrawal fees; processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that is registered in your own name and that matches the identity information on your ek11 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will not be processed.
• ek11 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds prior to processing any withdrawal, in accordance with our anti-money-laundering obligations. Withdrawal requests may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of any such verification.
• ek11 is not responsible for delays in the receipt of withdrawal payments attributable to your payment provider's processing times, technical outages, or any other factor outside of ek11's direct control. ek11's obligation is fulfilled upon the submission of the payment instruction to the relevant payment provider.

Any deposits made using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds. ek11 cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations related to fraudulent transactions.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

ek11 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions applicable to the individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly without satisfying the applicable wagering requirement. Bonuses credited to your account are for use on the ek11 Platform only.
• ek11 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, ek11 will take reasonable steps to ensure that players who have already opted in are not materially disadvantaged.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per eligible new player. Welcome bonuses may not be claimed more than once, whether through the same account, a new account, the same payment method, the same device, or the same household. ek11 uses technical means to identify duplicate bonus claims.
• ek11 reserves the right to withhold bonus payments or recover bonus amounts already credited if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, the use of multiple accounts, or any other strategy designed to circumvent the intent of the promotion.

Specific promotions, including seasonal promotions related to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL, will have their own supplementary terms published at the time the promotion is made available. In all cases, these general Terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the ek11 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in civil or criminal liability:

• Collusion with other players for the purpose of fixing, manipulating, or influencing the outcome of any game, bet, or sporting event covered by the Platform.
• Use of software, scripts, bots, artificial intelligence, or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to automate interaction with the Platform in any way not expressly permitted by ek11.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, theft, or any other illegal act. ek11 maintains robust anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Harassment, abuse, threats, or offensive communications directed at other players, ek11 staff, or customer support representatives through any communication channel provided by or associated with the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any proprietary software, algorithm, or system used by ek11.
• Any form of chargeback fraud, including initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider after depositing funds on ek11. Any chargeback initiated will result in immediate account closure and potential legal action to recover the disputed funds.

ek11 takes a zero-tolerance approach to prohibited activities. Where prohibited activity is suspected or confirmed, ek11 may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspend the account, withhold or forfeit account balances, cancel pending withdrawals, or refer the matter to law enforcement authorities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and other materials available on the ek11 Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of ek11 or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the ek11 Platform without the prior written consent of ek11. Any unauthorised use of ek11's intellectual property may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ek11 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any losses arising from temporary or permanent unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, cyberattacks, force majeure events, or any other cause beyond ek11's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from errors, omissions, interruptions, or inaccuracies in odds, game results, or account balances caused by technical failures, human error, or data feed errors from third-party providers, where ek11 takes reasonable corrective action as soon as the error is identified.
• Any losses of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or any other economic loss, whether or not such losses were foreseeable at the time of this Agreement.
• Any indirect or consequential losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including but not limited to sports commentary, odds explanations, game guides, or promotional material.

8. Responsible Gaming

ek11 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer a range of tools to help players maintain control of their gambling activity, including deposit limits, wager limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools can be accessed through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team.

ek11 enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to make use of the self-exclusion feature, which suspends account access for a chosen period. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the chosen duration and cannot be overridden by the player. For external support and guidance on problem gambling, players are encouraged to seek assistance from a qualified professional.

9. Privacy and Data

ek11 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering an account on ek11, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal obligations and our legitimate business interests.

ek11 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment providers, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities as required by law or for the purposes of operating the Platform.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

ek11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at our sole discretion. Grounds for account suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to engaging in prohibited activities, providing false registration information, or operating multiple accounts.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within a reasonable time period after being requested to do so, or providing false or misleading documentation during the KYC process.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal act in connection with your account or transactions on the Platform.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder, or identification that the account holder has enrolled in a third-party self-exclusion programme that covers ek11.

Upon permanent closure of an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms or fraud, any remaining balance in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the verified payment method on file. Where an account is closed due to breach or fraud, ek11 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance.

11. Amendments to These Terms

ek11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ek11 will take reasonable steps to notify registered players, which may include a notice displayed on the Platform, an email notification to your registered email address, or a pop-up notification upon login. The revised Terms will display the updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ek11 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms in full. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our customer support team.
